The practice reviews whether outpatient telehealth is an appropriate level of care. For adolescents ages 13–17, parent or legal guardian involvement, consent, privacy, and safety expectations are reviewed before care begins.
You may be asked for identification, medication bottles or lists, pharmacy information, recent records, laboratory results, discharge documents, and prior treatment information.
You must be physically located in Texas, in a private setting, and able to confirm your location and emergency contact at the time of the telehealth appointment.
Fees & Carter Access™
