Before care begins
Know what you can expect to pay.
Patients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance receive applicable Good Faith Estimate information for scheduled care. The estimate reflects services reasonably expected at the time it is issued; actual services or charges may change if clinical needs change.

One standard. More ways to reach it.™
Carter Access is a reduced-fee pathway across eligible Carter programs. It is not a separate clinical service, and it does not provide a lesser standard of care.
When available, Carter Access fees are $275 for an initial evaluation and $150 for a standard follow-up. A limited number of appointments may be offered based on financial need, clinical fit, the requested service, and current practice capacity. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary over time.

Private-pay care.
Carter Health Group currently provides care on a private-pay basis and does not represent itself as in-network with any insurance plan. Patients should not assume reimbursement. When appropriate documentation is available for possible out-of-network submission, eligibility and reimbursement remain subject to the individual plan and are not guaranteed.
