Carter Resilience is outpatient telehealth psychiatric care for adolescents ages 13–17 who are physically located in Texas. It is not an emergency, crisis, inpatient, detoxification, residential, or intensive treatment service. Parent or legal guardian involvement and consent are generally required, and clinical fit is reviewed before care begins.
